Problem solving electrician

I have twice used Martin for electrical work. The first time was in a 170 year old property where there was a problem caused by different wiring that had been added over a number of years. It involved tracing circuits to find the source of the problem, rectify it and make one or two changes in order to comply with regulations. Today he came to investigate a problem with garden electrics - water feature, lights, supply to a shed. I did not know where the underground wires went. Over a few hours, Martin traced the source of the problem and rectified it. In my experience, he's a good problem solver and has the general handyman skills to get electrical jobs done by himself.
