Excellence Afloat at Valley Cruises is a small family owned luxury narrowboat hire firm offering you the highest standards of service and accommodation for canal breaks. We pride ourselves on our friendly and helpful approach, giving attention to every detail of our canal holidays.
From our hire base on the Coventry Canal we can offer the widest range of canal breaks with routes from the lock free Ashby Canal to the beautiful Oxford Canal and the fascinating Warwickshire Ring and Leicestershire Ring. The latest addition to the fleet in Coventry is a day hire boat for parties, taster canalboat days and corporate team building days.
We also have a hire base in Stratford-upon-Avon - Home of Shakespeare - on the rural & unique Stratford Canal and the River Avon.
Since our establishment in 1986 we have been providing holidays and short breaks on luxury canal narrowboats, setting high standards of service and advice resulting in many repeat bookings. Following the same ethos we have developed our boat yard services at Stratford-upon-Avon to include all engineering and boat painting services in addition to our popular holiday hire fleet.
